So today was my first class of Advanced Massage Therapy, just like Massage Basics, but now we are focusing on specific body parts and we are learning to work deeper tissues. And it feels great by the way!! I really like the deeper tissue work, it helps me to relax, for some reason I just can't quite relax in class and let go, I don't have to worry about falling asleep because I am never that relaxed. Like I feel rested, but not like my whole body has been rejuvenated. Today though, I was finally able to relax and I felt relaxed after receiving a massage, I may develop a bruise or two but in a good way, because I liked the pressure it was just right!!
So now I must go to anatomy and finish my homework and study for a quiz, sorry to quit so early and not add as much as I usually do most days, but I gots lots to do. I got offered a job as a line cook at Houstouns in Scottsdale by someone I go to meeting with, and so I have to call him to get the details, but I am hoping it is going to work out and be great because I certaintly need a job that provides more weekend hours.
