YEAh TABLES!!

So we found out on thursday that we get our tables this tuesday and then clinic starts this saturday for me. IT will be nice though because I dont have class on thursdays anymore for a little while, getting up on saturday and not having any days to sleep in will kind of be a killer, but yeah other than that its all good.

So i am really excited about getting my table, going to practice on a lot of ppl!!!

Today i had professional development this morning and then the afternoon class is advanced massage therapy, my instructor had surgery so we get to see her hopefully today and welcome her back. ProD as we students say was very enlightening today and we learned more on how to sell ourselves to clients or rather our work that we do, so how to sell a massage to someone, anyone really!! Everyone is a potential client.

So yeah im relaxing on my lunch break no homework to do or anything, anatomy quiz tomorrow so im gonna study for that tonight and then get to bed early and sleep in my new bed, really i just took down the bunk beds and got a full sized mattress and box spring and put it in my bedroom instead and its very very comfortable, i slept on it last night and i slept so much better than i have been. which is actually a breakthrough for me, a break down was that i was not getting the sleep i should be going to bed later than i should and all or if i went to bed early sometimes the sleep just wasnt restful sleep and last night def was, but i could sleep anytime. so bed to early for me tonight

i have to work after this and hopefully exercise a bit before bed, but yeah cant wait, love sleep!!!
